Terms & Conditions
- Prices quoted in New Zealand Dollars are inclusive of GST. Prices quoted in Australian Dollars are exclusive of GST. Terra Nova tents reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
- All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will endeavor to keep the site fully updated. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you with options of either waiting for the product to become available, changing your order or a full refund for the product which is unavailable.
- Delivery is charged at a fixed rate for nationwide shipping in NZ and will arrive via Fastway Couriers. Delivery to other overseas destinations will be sent via NZ Post's International Air Service.
- Please note that only orders within NZ are tracked. Any orders to overseas destinations which require either tracking or insurance please get in contact and we will quote separately.
- Deliveries will normally be made to NZ addresses within 3 working days. You will be advised of any delay, or if the item is not available.
- In the unlikely event that your product is lost or delayed in transit please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@terranovatents.co.nz and we will be happy to track your parcel (NZ customers only). In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Please contact us if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return them. Goods may be returned within 30 days from dispatch date and you will receive a full refund providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging.
